One day, while experimenting with an unusually large cheese block, Cheda accidentally fitted it with wheels—and immediately decided to ride it. The landing was not graceful. Neither was the next attempt. Or the one after that. These days, Cheda is wrapped in bandages from head to tail, but couldn’t care less. “Every fall teaches me something,” is the motto, and every morning Cheda rewraps the bandages and climbs right back on the Cheese Board.
